Terms Of Service
By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Process:

I will not start commissions unless I have a clear idea of what is being requested. Please provide visual references. If your reference was vague to start with, then you are not allowed to request minor changes without a fee.

All payment will be in USD through PayPal. Once the commission has been completed, I will send an invoice to your email. WIPs will be provided if requested or if I need the client's opinion.

Commissions will be completed within 1-2 months of commissioning. This may change depending on health, mood, school, etc. You will be notified if any of the aforementioned occurs.
Rude or disrespectful behaviour may result in a termination of service.
Copyright/Usage:

As the artist I retain copyright over all of my works. I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork in any shape or form unless the client has purchased a private commission. Commissions can be used for Twitch, Discord, or personal use. Discuss with me first if my art can be used for commercial work or merchandise.

Credit is required for usage of the artwork even if it is edited or altered.
Cancel/Refund:

I reserve the right to cancel the commission and refund the invoice at any point. After the commission has been completed, and the invoice has been paid, the client may not request a refund or cancel their commission. However, the client has the right to cancel the commission if it has not been completed yet.
Privacy:

Any information provided such as address, full name, email, phone number, and finances, either via PayPal or during the commission process, from either party, will remain entirely confidential, and will not be released without explicit permission.
